Birds Illustrated is back – almost. Perhaps reinvented would be a better description. BI was a quarterly magazine devoted to showcasing high quality images from wildlife artists and photographers. I wrote and illustrated several features about my Falkland trip and birding at Slimbridge WWT. Sadly it ended production last year, but now it has new publishers and a new title: Bird Art and Photography. The editor remains the same – David Cromack of Buckingham Press. BAaP won’t be available in the shops but only by subscription, so here’s the link www.birdartandphotography. I’ve already signed up; how about you?
